The process of manufacturing consists of several stages and depends on the serial production, according to the type of the wiring different modern equipment and technology of assemblage can be used.
Our technologists design individual technology of assemblage for each serial product and also prepare operating instructions for each procedure.
Wire marking along the entire length with a step of 30-50mm (the step can be changed) with the ink jet marker AXT.
On the mounting tables the wires are assembled into a tourniquet with the TB tube and the insulating tape or with a corrugated tube with connectors.
Wire tourniquets connected with a strap of the PVC tape or with clamps are assembled at the templates or a conveyor line.
The reinforcement of contacts for the wire tourniquets are performed using the cold pressing method on the presses Mekal and Gamma (the press force of 2-8 tons).
The breakout force before and during the procedure is controlled visually and on a tearing machine.
Installation of shoes and connectors is conducted on a mounting area on the previously reinforced contacts till fixation or using the method of soldering the connectors.
Our quality control department performs:

- outcoming control of the finished products:
1) wire check on correspondance with the construction documentation;
2) geometric size check;
3) check of the wire reinforcement with contacts;
4) check of the integrity of electrical circuits on bench equipment.
